The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) in Siquijor has commenced the release of civil registry security documents processed during its recent Mobile Civil Registration System (CRS) operations through the Batch Request Entry Query System (BREQS) last 03-05 June 2025 at Dugokanan sa Kapitolyo.

The 928 clients who availed of the mobile CRS services across various municipalities are now visiting the PSO at their most convenient time to claim their birth, marriage, death certificates, and Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR). The mobile outreach, conducted in coordination with local government units, aimed to bring vital civil registry services closer to residents.
According to PSA Siquijor, the ongoing release process ensures that all documents are issued promptly and securely. Clients are advised to bring their claim stubs and valid identification when retrieving their papers.
The PSO encourages the public to stay updated through official channels regarding the availability of their requested documents. This initiative supports the PSA’s mission to provide accessible and efficient public service across the province.
