The Philippine Statistics Authority- Siquijor proudly congratulates Municipal Civil Registrar Fernando Jose A. Pescante Jr. and the staff of the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO)- Siquijor for a remarkable achievement as the Most Outstanding Local Civil Registry Office in the medium category during the Philippine Statistics Authority’s 4th National Convention on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (4NCCRVS) held at SMX Convention Center, Clark, Mabalacat City, Pampanga on 29 July 2025. This prestigious honor is a testament to the consistent excellence, efficiency, and quality service provided by the Local Civil Registry Office of Siquijor.

Adding to the achievement, the LCRO under the leadership of MCR Pescante, was also named a Circle of Excellence Awardee for the fifth consecutive year, a distinction given to the LCROs that have consistently exceeded performance standards and contributed significantly to the improvement of civil registration services in the Philippines.

With these accomplishments, MCR Pescante continues to raise the bar in public service, bringing pride to the province of Siquijor.
